Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I guess Huck is hoping that maybe his supporters will now turn out and raise $6 million for him.

Unfortunately, it's a very good ad. It's gonna win him the "because my pastor said so" vote in Iowa.

This man makes me sick. I saw this ad and I'm writing MSNBC and Chris Matthews to let them know I am cancelling my subscription...I think that Tucker and Jack Cafferty are the only two that seem to be actually attempting to report on Ron Paul's campaign when events happen. Huckabee has made me ticked off enough, I am going to put out more Ron Paul signs tonight...proof this ad is a rip off is the fact that Huckabee is the only one it is...maybe his family is dysfunctional and just couldn't come together to sing a Christmas carol.

Not quite the same shirts, but same color.

Also, Drudge has some "developing" story about Huckabee's "floating" cross.
IT'S A WINDOW! I guess they are making it out to be a subliminal message.

I'm realistic. I can accept that he could win the nomination.

But he will never win the Presidency.

If he does we will run a third party to stop him.

I would even vote for Hillary if that's what it took to keep George W Huckabee out of office.

This is why you won't see Huckabee's family in any of his videos:

Sometimes I wonder if Huck is paying off the media in some way.

Huckabee spoke to the Council on Foreign Relations in September, telling them how he supports the Iraq War and using the State Department to help rebuild Iraq. He is prostrating himself to the Establishment, letting them know he supports their agenda. They repay him with good publicity via the mainstream media. Look what Ron Paul gets, diddly-squat. If Huckabee doesn't get the nomination, watch for him to get some spot of influence.

By the way, my brother-in-law just said he has worked 15 out of the last 16 days at the bullet factory. War and destruction is good for some businesses.

You're catchin' on, I'm tellin' ya!

Ron's Xmas message is much better, with all the kids and grandkids. But of course MSM won't talk about that..

He is trying to capitalize on Christians who are annoyed that 90% of America celebrates Christmas but is now afraid to even utter the word. People who are tired of the "happy holidays"

Hopefully some of them are smart enough to figure out they are being played.

Listening to rush today...a huckabee supporter called in. The supporter told rush he liked huck because of his moral position, etc. rush then asked the supporter what he knew about his platform and his history as a governor. Guess What??? He had NOT looked into hucks record, didn't know a thing about it. People there is opportunity here, these people are backing a candidate they know nothing about except that they think he is faith based!!!!

In the sense that he has promised implicitly to maintain the wars and inflation that bring so much revenue to the corporate interests and military industrial complex companies that own and control so much of the media... in that sense he really is paying them off. As is every other candidate, bar RP.

You think those guys "earning" $20m bonuses are going to just give it up? They've got a system which just sucks wealth up to them. They'll fight to keep it, you can bet on that.

The behaviour of the MSM today has been terrible, tbh verging on heart-breaking. I feel such pride in this movement and I know that if any other candidate had raised $6m in a day it would be all over every newspaper and tv show. But instead they show Huckabee's (who won't raise that much all quarter) christmas ad.

If people ever wondered if they're really against us, the last 24hrs gives the answer.

What to do? I see no choice but to press on and trust Ron's judgement. Door to door with slim jims, putting up signs, what else can we do?

Take heart though - Buchanan never got out of double figures before NH. And this time we have the net to counter the lies they tell when Ron's campaign takes off. Let's keep fighting. Read this:

I think what makes me most angry about this ad is that he isn't with his family for a very good reason: he's trying to convince the audience that he's speaking to them as their pastor. That's just insidious. It's such a disgusting appeal to both authority and emotion. Ron Paul said Christmas, and that's a-okay, but specifically invoking "the birth of Christ" (I know, I know, to a Christian those are the same thing) is just out and out pandering to evangelicals.

It's nothing like Ron Paul's ad and why would anyone be surprised that another candidate did an ad based on wishing people a merry christmas? The difference, of course, is that Huck's was much more religious in nature.

The fact that Huck's foreign policy adviser is Richard Haas, President of the CFR, I'd say that they know that he supports their agenda.
