if you look at barack obama's and ron paul's demographics, they're almost the same. we need to work on converting obama's voter to paulites.

I need to move away from louisiana, all the huckabee supporters here have me scared. Not that I see them but from that chart it doesn't look good for my state.

Is that site trying to tell me that 39% of Paul supporters make more than $100,000 a year?

I find that hard to believe.

My comment:

"Very interesting. The thing that seems to be missing from this most excellent analysis is the fact that there are so many grassroots created sites for Ron Paul. Since the other candidates do not have the legions of tech savy followers that Ron Paul has would dare say that they do not have as many grassroots created sites where their followers congregate, coordinate, and pontificate. If you take all of the sites devoted to each candidate and compare them to one another I wonder how much more Ron Paul would dominate the field than he already does."

No, it means household income.

I loved how Ron Paul had by far the most spread-out support, all the other candidates had these concentrated areas where they are most clicked, but Paul has by far the best spread.

On the other hand, this graph also reveals to us that some states probably haven't heard that much of Ron Paul (northern states?) perhaps we should send them the good news of Ron Paul as well.

Almost 500,000 supporters total, that means we can seriously do some damage. Let's get out on the streets guys, start advertising RON PAUL!

We are a caucus state and Huck's people are too ignorant to know this... its our advantage and we will win Louisiana.

digg it to the stratosphere.

Then email it to every media outlet.

The clicks and internet dominance is old news, but the info compiled is very interesting.

You are correct. Some of the surrounding states are also known to be heavily religious, so it might have something to do with the specific branch of Christianity practiced in the green states.

Yes it does appear you are surrounded in an outpost of FredHeads. What is up with Deleware and Flipit Romney? Got to like that Arkansas has more searches for Ron Paul than Huckleberry.

Wait, only 496,000 unique visitors in the month of November? No way, that's WAY off. Ronpaul2008.com ranks in Alexa at 8221 which means the site is getting MILLIONS of unique visitors per month. My website ranks about 60,000 in Alexa and we get millions as well...

EDIT: ok this is compete.com data, so those are the number they have gathered using their toolbars etc or whatever they use to gather data...

when you visit a website, you have an ip address so that the site can send you the data back. you can tell around which area where the ip address subnet originates. search traceroute if you want more info though.

I am originally from Oklahoma and I'm telling you that they will turn against Huckabee if they know about his record on him supporting the Dream Act and amnesty, not to mention tax hikes and other big government. They just don't know. I doubt many of the states going for him, know the truth about him.

Looks like more people in Arkansas are looking up Ron Paul than Huckabee.

It'd be sad if he loses his own state.

Also, what is that dense pocket on the east coast for Huckabee? Is that DC?

It's happening. At least for me here in Iowa. I have gotten a few Obama supporters to convert to Paul. Many who won't convert think that Paul cannot win.

What doesn't make sense is this Donor Map from Ronpaulgraphs. You would think Montana would at least look better than what it shows on the compete maps.
