I need some help finding a pdf copy of this bill:

"H.R. 4481 AN ACT To provide for the closing and realigning of certain military installations during a certain period." It passed the U.S. Senate, July 14, 1988. A website I found quotes it as saying this:


"In Stage III progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force and all international disputes would be settled according to the agreed principles of international conduct."


My father used to work for an Army base that was shut down under this act. When the Army came to shut the base down, he and several others asked why they were doing it. The Army officials said, "Because we don't plan on having any more wars." It seemed like utter nonsense at the time, but now I think they actually meant it. Obviously it's not true yet... but I think they're still moving towards that goal. In essence, they want to turn the U.S. Army into the U.N. Army, which they euphemistically refer to as a "peace keeping force." I would like to get my hands on this document, H.R. 4481. I can't seem to find it anywhere, but maybe I just haven't looked hard enough?

Somewhat. I don't think that there is the whole 9-11-masonic conspiracy type thing, but conspiracy theories have been real before... During most of WWII, people denounced stories of concentration camps as nonsense told by a few crazy Poles who came here to get away from Hitler...And they were right.

It's uncanny that all the steps for this would fall into place as the MSM continues to "enlighten" us that it's all a lot of hooey. But what do I know?

Interesting discussion. A friend just loaned me a DVD called "End Game". I found some of the information credible but other claims to be ridiculous, like the "World Government planned the Sudan genocide and Hitler's Genocide plan". They seem to blame every evil deed ever done on this world government group called The Bilderbergs. Some of the facts (like these annual top secret meetings) made me curious so I did a little research on the Bilderberg Group.

There is no such thing as an H.R. that passes the Senate. Iserbyt is off the wall here, or at least misspeaks.

But the text of H.R. 4481 is available from a library.

H.R. 4481 and its Senate counterpart became P.L. 100-526, which was a "Base Closure and Realignment Act."

But you need to realize that neither of these contain that "Stage III" U.N. peace force stuff. That is from a Department of Defense booklet published in 1961, almost thirty years earlier.

I looked at that thing you were quoting from, and it's very confusingly written. What she's essentially saying is only that the base closures from the 1990s fulfilled the goals of that 1961 booklet.
