Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.

Love the idea but I believe it has been terribly mismanaged to this point. That said, it is always easier to quarterback from the couch than on the field. (I have experience with both) ;)

These guys need to plan more carefully. What did we accomplish with the early blimp launch. It wasn't even at the Tea Party. The blimp could really help the campaign, but only if they execute well.

They probably launched early since they knew that some people on this board were going to scream stuff like: "OMG! It's the Tea Party and the blimp isn't in the air - this SUCKS. This campaign sucks - someone should get fired!!!" Blah, blah, etc.......

early?
it was late!

It looks sloppy, the colors mis match like a giant sheet on a blimp.

the blimps I see flying around here look much better!

but anyways, 350,000......

that could have been a LOT of direct target marketing.

Is there still a possibility of the blimp coming to Florida for all the upcoming Bowl Games?

Possibly, but I know when it flew over Raleigh there where several mentions on radio news programs and assuming this was done when it was over other cities there has been a lot of air time that would of been costly to buy. One thing no one can control is the weather and that hasn't been on the blimps side since the launch.

Well, let's see...

In order to get from city A to city B, you pretty much HAVE TO 'fly over unoccupied, low-density farm land'.

Hes saying that its a waste going south considering if we went north theres so many more major urban areas for exposer
