NEW YORK (Reuters) - An explosion was reported at the News Corp building in midtown Manhattan on Monday, a New York Fire Department spokeswoman said.

Employees were evacuated from floors 42 to 45, she said.

Breaking News Network, which monitors emergency services activity, reported one person had been injured by a chemical used in a cooling station.
