It's simple. Q4 is the last quarter of this fiscal year. So, the media, imho will ignore how much the candidates raised in Q4 and instead focus on their total for the entire year.

And if they do that, Romney, Giuliani, and McCain beat us.

They will totally ignore the Q4 numbers and concentrate on the yearly total since this is the end of the year.

Plus, they'll just say he's low in polls and all the money comes because his support is more willing to donate to him than other candidates'. The same old, "Ignore the man behind that curtain" routine.

I will agree with your and hold you to your word. But note a future discrepancy: Ron Paul is going to raise 20 million. Huckabee 4x less than that, but they're definitely going to spin it this way, "Huckabee increases fundraising by 500%... no longer incompetent at fundraising... could be in it for the long haul... etc."

That's the way it works, folks.

You're probably right but all we can do is keep fighting, harder and harder.

It's a bit like when Rocky Marciano won the title. Outboxed for 15 rounds but he never gave up, dug deep and scored a KO right at the end.

That's us. This year in terms of polls and media coverage there's no denying others have had more success. The difference is we're getting stronger while they're all faltering. Now is the time to step it up again, push even harder.

Quick history lesson. The press printed that Dewey beat Truman before the electon was over. After all the votes were counted, Truman beat Dewey.
