Operation "Rubber Meets The Road"

Organized through meetup groups with a central discussion board (RPF) where people plan, discuss, and debrief with each other, locally regionally, and nationally; their efforts ON THE STREET.

Ladies and Gentlemen, after being snubbed by the media following our historic Tea Party, clearly the way to win this election is not to force the media to pay attention to us. The bottom line that we muct come to terms with, is that we cannot win this election from the keyboard.

We will win this election by hitting the streets in force, and staying out on the streets in force.

We need signs and literature. we need ideas and planning. We need people who can spend 40 hours a week or better in their local neighborhoods stumping for Ron Paul.

Introducing: Operation Rubber Meets the Road

Set up a small website and a message board and an IRC server. Collect people NOW to sign on and volunteer. If we can't get one person to spent 40 hours, who not 2 to spend 20? or 4 to spend 10?

The key here is bulk hours of face time spreading the message of liberty.

WE NEED TO BE ON THE STREETS

If you are anything like me, you are used to spending 20, 30, 40, 50, or even 60 hours a week in front of a keyboard. It's where we are comfortable. Well, folks, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we cannot hope to remain in our comfort zones and win this election.

The great man Thomas Pain once wrote, "These are the times that try men's souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it Now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict the more glorius the triumph." -- Thomas Paine, The Crisis -- December 1776

Will we be summer soldiers - staying at our keyboards and remaining cozy and warm when the going gets tough? Will we be sunshine patriots - talking a good talk, but completely failing to walk?

WE NEED TO HIT THE STREETS!!!!!!!

Starting immediately.
