Heads up. We have a new poster that just signed up that is requesting everyone to do an illegal activity.

Hey Midnight77,

I know its a little late, but if you have not maxed out yet, give me your paypal address, and I'll send over $200.

Whether he is good intentioned or whether it is a trap ... this can get us in a serious amount of trouble. This is illegal.

Don't take the bait.

There is no good intention here. This is illegal and more then that it's a total set-up in our hour of triumph. Hopefully no one would be so foolish as to fall for this.

I went to delete my post but it had already been deleted by mods.

Sorry, just got a bit carried away, I was only asking for a legal way to donate to the campaign via paypal. I will not engage in any illegal activity.

Best be careful, not just Julian - but all others. Keep your heads and your cool. The FEC would bounce on this type of stuff like a kitten on a ball of yarn!

come to think of it, beware someone may want to send you hundreds of dollars is just about the worst warning ever.

Hey you can send me $200.

However I will not contribute it because that's illegal.

Since all the donations have been legal and traceable, the FEC auditors would have no trouble verifying their integrity.

The MSM can and will do everything they can to drag the RP campaign down, although even by their standards, a vague request for a legal way to donate to RP on an on line forum wouldn't be newsworthy, however the hundreds of donations using names like Hillary Clinton and Rudy G may be of useful to them, although hopefully the auditors can extract the real names from credit cards receipts to present to the FEC.

Also, I'm done posting on a thread, whose title questions my integrity.

One last thing

I'm headed to his house now..........gonna give him a beat down

Visualizing and advocating drowning people alive after lynching them because they typed 7 words in an internet forum that you disagreed with is not spiritually healthy.

Dr Paul's advocation of PEACE is what bought me here.

If he offers you $200, just get his mailing address and send him something. $200 for an autographed photo of yourself? hey it might be worth that much some day. Can't say it was illegal then right? :)

no, it is not. If you get a pair of shoes for christmas and you decide to give them to someone else does that make you a criminal? are the cops gonna come arrest you for re-gifting?

NO

like I said - it cannot be MORE legal than a business transaction. Sell something to him and you're good to go. Make sure he gets the item and a receipt and make sure you count it as income in your taxes.

Just sell something - it's very simple. If someone wants to send you money, send them something tangible back. Now it's a business transaction and money you earned.
