This sounds fishy. Where do they get the money to fund it? From taxpayers? If so, then they should get it in DONATIONS.

That is what this boils down to. Now that America is waking up to politics, they are trying to stay ahead of the curve so that America can't catapult "We The People's" candidates(like Ron Paul) way ahead of the corporate interest choices. They find us a threat. So they pose legislation that will prevent any future damages and say it's "to keep special interests out of politics". Yeah right. The supporters of the bill are the biggest walking "special interest" servants in all of Washington.
