DING!

anyone who donated to Ron Paul is not a fool.
If you want to go that route then Ron Paul is a fool for knowing this was coming and not making sure the site was ready for it.

And don't forget that a lot of these people are donating for the second or third time today and are being fueled by the last minute momentum. So get out and donate again!!!

The conservative in me applauds your enthusiasm, however, the liberal in me thinks that you are being a bit harsh on your fellow humans. The libertarian with me thinks that you aren't much of a libertarian when it comes to personal choice. But all three of me agree that freedom of speech is great.

Yeah, I didn't think I was going to donate more, but I couldn't resist popping in another $30... sorry, it was a spur of the moment kind of thing :(

But there's no use bitching about it now--just have to go with the flow.

I don't know why anyone's surprised. A few others and I brought this up earlier when the server acted overloaded for a bit-midday at the peak of donations.. I believe the response from many was yelling back "It did not, you don't know what you're talking about, the server will be fine" over and over... as if wishing a thing to be true will make it true.

It was obvious donation #s would speed up at the end of the day... and they have. And, of course, the server is completely overloaded. Hopefully most of those who want to donate will be able to before midnight.

I agree that it was a bad idea for people who waited to wait. However, they still have good intentions and are trying to help the campaign. Also, some people who already donated are trying to give a last minute push that they hadn't planned on.

First, i didn't wait until now to donate. However, i wouldn't call them utter fools, or morons. Alot of meetup groups have plans to donate at 10, 1030, 11, 1130 etc... or so. Late? sure is. That being said, don't think they deserve to be degraded.

Got through just fine only two minutes ago. Since the swag I bought earlier counts, I had to go down to the penny to get the amount right...I think...I'm at either 2300 or 2400...oh well, off to federal prison if I made an honest mistake.

No doubt, funny how you can spot idiocy a mile away after awhile hey? The entire friggin world has been waiting for America to wake up and it is, and then someone tries to stipulate the time and date of something! Here's a bit of Canadiana for those who think those donating 'late' (whatever that means) are fools...
