Yes, quite doable.. Dont forget even after Tea Party is over we'll have people donating till 3am because theyre still in the other timezones.. so I would expect a couple hundred thousand extra from 12-3am

Assuming $17.5 million by midnight, we would need to raise an additional $2.5 million in 15 days, or $166,667 per day. Challenging but possible.
