The Hucksters can't come up with anything original. They are planning a money bomb on Christmas asking everyone to pledge $100. Their site is even called this December 25th dot com. Personally, I think Christmas is a bad day for a money bomb....almost as bad as the day before Thanksgiving, but the question is do we push hard the next 9 days to beat them on their money bomb day like we did on the 20th?

Oh sheesh!

Damn copycats. I don't know - my honey and I stretched our limits for the Tea Party, and I'll bet a lot of others did too. At this point, all I'm asking for for Christmas is a Ron Paul T-shirt so I can wear it every time I step out of the house, and maybe give RP some attention.

Then again my hubby points out that the Huckabee faction and the Kucinich faction BOTH tried money bombs, and died after about $100-150,000.

We dont need to do anything special for Huck's money bomb. We know what we did/are doing is better...and we keep on pushing. Sign waving/slim-jimminng/spreading the message of liberty.

Dont worry about Huck, I dont think he can survive the pressure of being in the spotlight

What a bad day for a fund raiser......whomever came up with this has minced meat for brains. Nobody is home, nobody is paying attention to anything but family, food and festivities.

Plus all your extra cash just got unwrapped by your relatives. Dumb Hucksters, dumb.

I will however pray for him and his finger-licking sons, Bubba and Gumbo.

What a rotten-bad try from Huck's Grassroots.

Can someone sum up how a "Most users ever online was 165"-forum
and their lousy Gouvernour could in any way be front runners?

Who's making this stuff up?

And I'm not even mentioning the non-existing Giuliani Grassroots.

I wouldn't get super worried, if you think about who Huckabee appeals to, with his big government is great and I love Jesus philosophies he is likely getting most of his support from the rural poor class, and as sociologists will tell you rural poverty is by far the worst kind of poverty, whereas Ron Paul's base seems to be more upwardly mobile infofriendly people and probably middle class people, which is why his message is resonating so well... so I wouldn't be too scared because even if Huckabee had more supporters in theory, they might not be supporters with money

I plan on a modest donation on Christmas day as a gift to Dr. Paul. I hope he doesn't ask me for it though. That would be weak.

Using Christ's birthday as a fundraising day is a pretty weak thing for a Baptist Minister to do.
