Even the MSM can't figure out why the Boston Globe would endorse McCain, but to me the answer is very simple. They're trying to use him to pull the independents from Paul in NH. They're getting desperate.

They are panicking.

It's great.

Joe Lieberman is going to endorse him tomorrow.

There is an all-out media/neocon push to bring McCain back to life.

This could hurt is in both Iowa and NH. We need to beat him in both states.

if he loses in NH, he's done.

They're only hurting themselves by building up these candidates, tearing them down, and then trying to redirect support to other candidates. It's just going to split the vote in our favor. (yawn)

Yeah, I'm glad the fundraising numbers will be coming out before the primaries. :)

Every one in NH and Iowa should write letters to the editor to papers who are endorsing McCain and do pro-Paul LTEs.

Huh? Lieberman never won a Nobel Prize.

The power structure can't decide who to back, they switch every week.

Which is great...because our supporters don't switch support. We're here to stay.

I think it'd be wise to show up at a few NH town hall meetings and ask him some questions that will expose him in front of a bunch of potential votes, and handfuls of reporters.

No he's not done! There's a ton of states on Super Tuesday. That is old media propaganda. Please think.

The MSM is toying with all the GOP establishment candidates like a cat batting a mouse between its paws. First, the MSM proclaims Thompson as the second coming of Reagan. Next, the MSM starts catulpulting Huckabee to the top of the polls in Iowa. Now, the MSM is turning on Huckabee and trying to revive McCain's terminal campaign. And the games continue.

"why was 60,000 men and women, mostly forced to fight an die in the Vietnam War not enough?" "What would we have accomplished that justifies another 40,000 or more men and women mostly forced to fight and die, that we could not have done in peace?"

I'm talking about McCain being done unless he wins NH. He's admitted that.

He'll bail out if he loses in NH. Thats why the mega-push is on there.

Not - yet...

In any case, I was talking about the self-promoting geniuses behind this 'cunning' triangulation orgy - going nowhere.
The Nobel reference is a figure of speech - an inside joke, if you will...

I have a feeling McCain will be greeted by a swarm of RP sign wavers at every public appearance he makes in NH.

Yeah, any candidate who still has money to run their offices until Super Tuesday who drops out before then is stupid. Someone could win every state before Super Tuesday and STILL lose the nomination on Feb 5th and after. Not likely, but still.

they've been trying to jump start his failing campaign for ages, he's an establishment favorite... it has yet to work.

I think you're absolutely right. . .it's ironic that if they truly wanted to win, they'd try backing Ron Paul to see what would happen. I think they'd finally see someone break from the pack.

It is amusing, albeit frustrating to get thrown a different "frontrunner" seemingly every week in an attempt to quell the support of the one man who has the passion of the American people behind him. Americans who have heard of him, that is. I think that is the battle right there, and that is why he's been "fringified" by the media. Heaven forbid Americans get a chance to believe in a candidate who is all about liberty and freedom.
