I handed out some literature at a local fireworks show today.

I probably interacted and had conversation with about 15-20 people.

What follows is my favorite interaction:

Me: Hello, sir. Are you voting next year?
Sir: What?
Me: Do you plan to vote in the primaries or do you have a presidential candidate you are supporting?
Sir: No, not really. I'm not interested in any of them, unless that's RON PAUL.

After that I was extremely happy to have met another RP supporter besides the ones I brought in the crowd, and especially in retrospect givin the small sampling of people I chatted it up with.

Now THAT is a mood booster. Makes it worth it, doesn't it?

During the Parade we were in today we came across a few supporters. And last night a fireworks I ended up sitting right next to a Ron Paul supporter :)

Now this is the kind of thing we all need to start doing, not sitting behind the computer day after day sending emails to the mainstream media complaining.
