Actually according to the new widget on RonPaul2008.com, we're already at 1.047 million. Check out the "donation total this week". Wondering where they are measuring that from?

Its also the slowest time, overnight. I have a feeling this will kick up a bit once ppl start waking up. Not waking up waking up, just getting out of bed waking up.

Had at length discussion about this in another thread.

I think that total is wrong, UNLESS the amount at precisely midnight on the ticker was over-reported by around 40K. That could only have happened if campaign added post-dated offline donations.

I am inclined to believe that starting point is still 11.55mil and although there are some minor disagreements about the exact number (mine is 11,551,156.57) most people would agree with 11.55 mil.

One more way of figuring the starting point...

At http://ronpaulgraphs.com/
it states that $1,002,236 was raised today as of 5:52 AM EST. At the same time, it states that the total for Q4 equals $12,573,655.

$12,573,655 minus $1,002,236 equals a starting point of $11,571,419.

Any way you slice it, we're past $1 Million before 6:00 AM EST.

In the long run, the starting point is irrelevant. It's the cumulative total at the FINISH point that is really important.

Don't lose sight of the prize--don't forget that we're not finished until Dr. Paul is elected.
