That site should locally mirror the graphs, too. Ronpaulgraphs was down earlier, so we want to have as little unnecessary traffic as possible to there.

It doesn't update/download new images until the page is refreshed, so,
it's not periodically hitting the servers except for the donation counter.

You can watch the counter and just refresh the page for new graphs every 15-30 minutes or whatever.
I'd recommend at least waiting 5-10 minutes to refresh in order to reduce the load on the 2 graph sites.
