Odds makers are paying 2-1 that Ron Paul will raise 10 million or more in one day.

Seems to me it would be nice to put all the campaigns money they currently have on those odds and everyon just max out their credit cards to guarantee the 10 million, then Ron can pay us all back when he collects his 20 million for raising just ten million and still end up with about 16 million in one day after expenses for my get rich quick scheme.:D

This is all assuming he bets 10 million in the first place.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the campaign won't do that. :p

Good thinking, though. :D

im sure gambling is allowed.. it would be like investing.. imagine that. we raise 10 million plus the campaign makes another 10 million off a gambling 'investment'

Yup, and it would be guaranteed to work. Im pretty sure a campaign can spend its money on just about anything it wants as long as its a legal activity.

The problem is those odds would change if word of that plan got out. :D

by the time the bet was made, it would be too late once they realized what happened. Theyre locked at that point.

He would never do it, but man, I WOULD.

I guess thats why im not running for president though.:D

In the grand scheme of things, no it wouldnt.

But it sure would be funny to beat them at their own game.

These bets usually have really low limits. Bodog, for example, will only let you wager a max of $50 on the teaparty bets.
