Which has less fees associated with it so as the Campaign gets the most from my donation?

Probably credit card.

Yeah, Credit Card for sure. With the volume they are doing, the fees they'll be paying will be very low indeed.

The question is;

if you donate $2,300 and get charged a fee. Do you pay the fee out of your own pocket and all $2,300 still makes it to the campaign, or does the fee get taken out of the $2,300 and only say $2,200 makes it to the campaign? And since officially you paid $2,300 you are now maxed out legally even though only $2,200 actually made it to the campaign.
