View Full Version : Ok, tea lovers. What is your favorite type and brand of tea?

12-15-2007, 04:52 PM
And how do you like it served?

I've only been getting into tea for a little while and so far my favorite is Dragon Eye Oolong by Revolution Tea.

No, really, the company that brews it is called Revolution Tea (yeah I know, we should have asked them for a sponsorship lol). If there's a P.F. Chang's restaurant near you they serve it, that's where I first had it. I also like their Earl Grey Lavender.

Anyone know some reputable online tea vendors who ship the really fresh stuff and have some special kinds?

I drink most any non-caffeinated tea. But in about 7 hours I'm going to be dumping it in a harbor (metaphorically) with great gusto.

There were about 20 Ron Paul supporters with signs and slim-jims at an intersection near the Christmas shoppers here in Plano, Texas today. It was great to see them there.

Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day.

We drink Lipton Yellow Label imported from Egypt. My husband doesn't like the American-packed Lipton. The Egyptian is a mixture of black tea from Kenya, India and Ceylon. Heavy with lots of sugar.

Turkey Hill cherry flavored iced tea. Unfortunately they stopped making it a few years ago. While I enjoy many of their other flavors of iced tea, I pretty much swore off the stuff until they decide to stop ignoring my e-mails and start making cherry iced tea again.

Chop Wood Carry Water is hands down my favorite, but I'm a coffee drinker so it fits. It's green Japanese Hojica- smoky, deep, dark tea with an earthy flavor. Like drinking a forest fire. I get it from Republic of Tea. Reminds me of what they must have served two hundred years ago.

12-15-2007, 08:46 PM
I like Lipton Green Tea and this flavored tea I drink when I'm sick.

12-15-2007, 08:48 PM

Hey this is my first time posting but in addition to donating $$$ shouldn't be collectively trying to incite mania throughout the internet and media ???

Shouldn't we organize and do this, right now, for the next 24 hours... ? If you agree please message me.
