Proper way to report articles.

I was thinking that giving pages with bad reporting traffic is a bad idea.
Heres the solution when psting bad media links:
1. Post site and date and name of person
2. Include URL but post the words of the article so people don't need to go to the site.
3. Post email adress for people to send their uncontrollable rage at.

Suggestions? Should his be stickied as forum rules :)?

I think posting the text is a good idea so that we don't drive traffic to their site. I don't think we should necessarily be e-mailing our uncontrollable rage to the reporters though.
