At this moment, the Kucinich campaign has told me there are some intermittent problems with their contribution page and they have directed everyone to contribute on Dennis's ActBlue site: http://www.actblue.com/entity/fundraisers/12518

You can also contribute by calling 877-41-DENNIS (877-413-3664)

ActBlue is completely legitimate, but if you prefer, you can try contributing on Dennis Kucinich's official site dennis4president.com - click "Contribute: Online" at the top of the page.

Although the goal is to have 100,000 people donate $100 each, any amount is encouraged.

Hmmmm...anyone want to wager....

If he'll hit $10 Million?

Think we can beat him on Sunday?

Somehow, I'm not afraid of them stealing our thunder.

The Act Blue site states he is up to $103,003 and its around 8.30am? On nov. 5th we had 750k by that time... I don't doubt we'll blitz Kuncinich's money bomb. I very much doubt they'll hit 10 million... or even 1 or 2?

Actually for Kucinich this will probably help a lot. He's already at $103,000. He should break a quarter million today.

And we are promoting Kucinich's fund raising on a Tea Party thread why?

I think we're comparing not promoting... I don't think anyone here is going to donate to kucinich. :P

Honestly, I didn't know where to put it.

I just figured people would be curious.

Moderators, move this as you see fit.

But wouldn't it be nice if Paul was running against Kucinich in the general election? That's the way it's supposed to be - a choice between people who both respect the Constitution - that, and a fair vote count (see http://VoteFraud.org ), would be ideal :)

I think as a group, we are cordial with the Kucinich camp despite having diffrent oppinions on politics. I don't think anyone here will give him money, but as stated it's nice to compare and wish them the best of luck.

Glad he beat Obama's anyway :)

I know Paul and Kucinich both like and respect one another, that's a good enough example for me.

It is a great encouragement that Ron's campaign actually updated their server this week! I would hate to have intermittent problems with the donation page on December 16th.

Are you guys out there celebrating Bill of Rights Day? Get out of this forum and go hit the street. I'm about to leave to spend all day canvassing (in CA).

Paul and Kucinich consider each other friends, and work together on the war. I don't agree with him on domestic issues, but I agree with on the trade agreements and the war.

Votes like this one (http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2007/roll513.xml) are why Kucinich deserves respect.

I don't agree with almost anything Kuchinich has to offer, but I respect him. Just watch his video in debate, total pollar opposite to Dr. Paul on issues, except the war.

Again, wrong thread for this.

Word is Kucinich has raised about 300k right now. Don't ask where I got that info, because it might not be accurate. but that's the word on the street.

Not bad really, for Kucinich. Let's hope Kucinich drops out of the race soon and we grab up his supporters.

We may disagree with him policially, but I think most of us have some level of respect for him....and his supporters.

300k TOTAL would be an excellent day for him.....so if that's his total so far, I think you could call it a success.

1mil raised Q3, 2mil raised total through Q3

I'm not so sure he respects the constitution as much as RP. He introduced a handgun ban legislation the day after the Virginia Tech incident didn't he?

On saying that, the man is pretty honest and apparently a good friend of Dr. Pauls.

kucinich is one of Ron Paul's biggest allies in Congress. He's said that he wants Ron Paul to be his running mate (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=By_zxa1qnj4).

would Ron Paul do the same? If Kucinich were to be RP's VP (or at least become affiliated with the campaign) it would be a HUGE threat to the Democrats. We'd see the anti-war democrats peeling off left and right to vote for only Ticket that voted against the war and against the patriot act. I daresay that the ticket would be unbeatable in the general election since Kucinich and RP can both thumb their noses at the Democrat ticket when it comes to war and the patriot act

With the exception of Healthcare and Guns, Kucinich is not as far away from us as you'd think. I'd even say that his plan for making healthcare a Non-Profit Organization is worth exploring (maybe one of the states could run an experiment and see how well the system works out?) and could even be a legit alternative to the Free Market Solution. He's a believer in Capitalism, he's against NAFTA, CAFTA, WTO, et al.
He is also a believer in Globalism, BUT there is a major difference between the Kucinich brand of globalism and the CFR/NEOCON brand of globalism.
That is, the CFR is a Top-Down power broker, an elite organization trying to dictate to the people how it ought to be. Kucinich is more of a believer in a Bottom-Up movement where people of the world genuinely unite for peace and sustainability.
that said, I think Kucinich Globalism and Ron Paul's brand of Diplomacy would go hand in hand and Kucinich on the ticket would shore up other places where Ron Paul has weakness (specifically Climate Change/Global Warming)

They might hit 1 million, that's really really amazing. Is it petty of me to hope he fails so he has to drop out? Even if we gain 5000 supporters from that it would be great.

denny is a good guy - if i wasnt supporting dr. paul... Denny or Gravel would be getting my support... what he did to the utility companies as mayor of cleveland gave him my respect

He has little respect for the Constitution. The Constitution has never stopped him from pushing his socialist, unconstitutional, big government agenda.

Ron Paul wouldn't support most of what Kucinich does. His voting record isn't that great and he's a gun grabbing socialist. He just earned the endearment of a lot of Ron Paul supporters by pushing so hard for impeachment. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if that was just to get attention. But at least he's not part of the CFR.

I like Gravel a lot more than Kucinich.

kucinich is a good man he does derserve support because he hews to many of the same elements as ron paul's vision.

I prefer Kucinich over any of the other Dems. Not that that says much, but I wish him well.

He does not get any money from me though. :)

Paul and Kucinich have ideological and philosophical differences, but when the rubber meets the road, theres a high probability that they'll agree on the same policy. My opinion as to why. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8uZO9wEuJ4)
