Agreed..in the mean time it can be reigned in from its worst excesses. I think this is what Rand wants to do.

Rand has said Trump supports the fisa reforms. Probably was a big topic when they spent a few days traveling AF1.

But dems still control the house. They'll definitely need to give dems something good in order to get this.
