Neither left wing neocons funded politicans nor right wing neocons funded politicans seem to be getting it done.
Majority of people contacted by pollsters were found to be not happy with state of things following political trauma for much of GOP caused by Obama election and political slump caused by Trump for many conservatves/liberals .
Will a strong Libetarian or 3rd-party leader (not funded by Deep Pockets/Deep Fakes) come to horizon before 2020?

Assuming following report is not fakenews.

Polling: Americans dissatisfied with the state of the union

WASHINGTON (AP) — The turbulence of impeachment, a contentious presidential campaign and a global virus health threat confront President Donald Trump as he prepares to deliver his State of the Union address Tuesday night. But one thing about the Trump era has remained remarkably steady: public opinion on the president.

Approval of Trump has stayed persistently in negative territory, and the country is more polarized now than it has been under any other president in recent history. Polls also show Americans express significant dissatisfaction (https://apnews.com/e97f8df530fbce0ddaf16fe89c96b93f) with the direction of the country and even more so with the state of politics.
