Florida television channel.. rent one or however it works. I see church services aired on local tv stations and I see other local groups with their own tv channels.
Surely if such small groups can do this so can we. Ron Paul has many people who have dedicated a lot of hard work to making wonderful videos. It seems they are being wasted to a degree. Many people out there, especially many old people do NOT have a computer and do NOT browse on the internet. I know that is hard to imagine but it is true. We need to reach them and knocking on doors is just not going to reach everybody. Many people are watching 6-14 hours of television every day and they will look at Ron Paul videos if they have a chance.
This project would require one or two people who have knowledge about this television industry and how it works. Then it is just a matter of doing something similar to what has been done to raise funds for the blimp.
Set up a website and determine how much money is required to run the Ron Paul related videos 24 hours a day 7 days a week through October 2008. We already have loads of great material to air. We already have a large donor base willing to support any viable project. All we need are two people with the experience and dedication to make it happen.
Unfortunately I'm not one of them so I set this idea out there for others to run with. I suggest Florida because it is a large state and if this works the same can be done in other large states like California, Texas and New York.
Even a very small local channel would reach a lot of people in a targeted area and serve as a prototype of a larger version. Perhaps if the financing is realistic one nationwide channel could be operated expressly for Ron Paul 2008.
