Republican (https://www.foxnews.com/category/politics/senate/republicans) Utah state Rep. Tim Quinn has introduced a bill in that state's legislature that would allow voters to recall (https://www.foxnews.com/category/politics/elections) U.S. senators -- a possible swipe at Utah Sen. Mitt Romney (https://www.foxnews.com/category/person/mitt-romney), despite Quinn saying the bill isn't targeted at anyone in particular.
First reported by Deseret News (https://www.deseret.com/utah/2020/1/29/21114269/utah-lawmaker-bill-to-allow-recall-of-us-senator-mitt-romney), the bill would create a process by which a recall vote could go on the ballot after a petition by voters.

They would have to change the Constitution which does not allow the removal of Senators (some states have tried to pass laws but the Supreme Court struck them down).

They can be impeached though- or you can try to force them to resign.

Please post the relevant portion of the Constitution which you believe prohibits the recall of Senators.

Someone needs to step up and give him a proper primary challenge. It must be someone who has won statewide before.

It would really make me happy if Romney were to be permanent recalled.
