I hear all the time about people making the switch to Dr. Paul, which is what every American should do.
But does anyone know of ANY people that have decided to switch from Paul to one of the Neo-Cons??
BTW, I have converted every person I know personally to vote for Paul.

I heard second-hand reports of some local GOP who took down their yard signs after the brothel thing.

For me, there won't be any switching. My vote is for the good Dr. My kids said laughingly, that they would be voting with us too, so they don't get banished from the house. That would never happen, but at least they will be voting in their first primary.

No. It is impossible. Once you go Ron you never go back.

Pathetic. Hopefully it is not true.

Definitely. Because once you make the decision, your world view changes and you know that there is no other candidate.

I couldn't agree more. It's like being unplugged from the Matrix. Why would someone want to go back?

No, definitely true. Whether we like it or not there's plenty of skeptial supporters who will move back and forth between candidates over things like this. We aren't likely to reach a majority of the public being die-hards with all their issues resolved.

I don't think it's their issues. I think it's the issue of the media's representation of the candidates (not just Ron).
If the media would actually air interviews with Ron that offer his opinion of the same "talking point" that they are smearing him with, the majority would probably see things differently (I still hope anyway, I'm not totally out of faith in the American people) :)

There are people who back him because of his fiscal positions but are extremely uncomfortable with his states' rights positions. They understand his position completely, they just think it's wrong.
