View Full Version : Why Trump’s path to reelection is totally plausible

As impulsive and erratic as the president may be, his campaign is relying on the same advantages that helped reelect George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

If President Donald Trump wins reelection in 2020, there will not be lots of people — unlike in 2016 — gasping with surprise at the outcome. But there are plenty of people who remain utterly bewildered by the prospect.]

How after everything — abysmal polls, the 2018 midterm debacle, this week’s impeachment — is a second term even a possibility? The belief that the usual rules of politics simply do not apply to this president — whether because of political dark arts or some kind of cosmic destiny — is one of the only things that unites Trump loathers and Trump loyalists.

Trump will be re-elected unless the economy takes a dump.

So true.

GOPA wing globalist deep neocons (right wing) funded candidate's path to defeat is also totally plausible.

Trump will be re-elected unless the economy takes a dump.

That is why so important for MAGA to show strong leadership and put twitter pressure on Fed to do aggressive QE till election time. A rising tide lifts all boats. Hot air balloon rises when more fuel is injected to the burners.

Pretty much this.

What also makes it plausible is the fact that the candidates on the left are insane.

But Biden is allegedly more 'moderate'.

Yep. I have no doubt that we'll be "treated" to 4 more years worth of Trump fans' excuses. But hey, one sociopathic, authoritarian POS is as good as another.

Unless we have an economic calamity between now and January, Trump will get reelected. It's not even a question at this point, especially given how lame the Dem field is.

Not if the democrats run Michelle Obama and Pete Buttplug.

I disagree.

Trump has it in the bag and he hasn't even really begun to fight.

How many more impeachments?
