Nah, lawsuits are great publicity. Lawsuits raise book sales, movie sales, hospital bills, the list is endless.

the supreme court makes its own laws. 2000, anybody?
They can say which votes are legal or not. They could declare RP votes as fraudulent if "illegal" advertising and such has been deemed committed.
Just something to be aware of as this movement presses on...
