Earlier this week, I sent the following to the editors of AARP, Family Circle, Good Housekeeping, and Better Homes & Gardens to promote an idea for an article. I just sent it back out to them all. These are four of the largest circulations in America -- just getting in one would be amazing!

You might be familiar with the growing news of presidential candidate Ron Paul’s surprising campaign for the Republican nomination.
One of the appealing qualities many people cite about Paul is his “grandfatherly presence”. Indeed, he gets this presence honestly!
He has been married to his wife Carol for 50 years, and they share five children, 18 grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Additionally, as an OB/GYN in Texas, he has delivered over 4,000 babies.
I have included some pictures of him with some of his family taken this past Thanksgiving. While I realize your magazine might hesitate before considering featuring a political figure, I believe Ron Paul represents a fantastic demonstration of American family values that I believe your readers, regardless of political affiliation, would be touched by.
I would like to recommend that ___________ consider doing a feature article on Ron Paul. I realize it is late for the holidays, but perhaps in time for a January print.
