I don't think most people think there is no global warming. The debate is if humans are causing it and if we can do anything to change it.

Aye, there's pretty incontrovertible truth that the earth is getting warmer. Where the big debate lies is if we are to blame/ can we stop it.

I don't know enough about the subject to know definitiively one way or the other, but I've heard arguments for both sides (some deniers say that the earth goes throuch temperature cycles such as this, that Mars' temperature has risen 0.5C in the past few years, etc.; while some supporters say that this is a more rapid change than we've ever had in the past, etc.)

"Hillary Clinton answers a planted question" -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoXQzcT1xr0. It is on global warming and she elaborates how she is going to tax CO2 producers. She says that this would not affect consumers, but that is such a bogus statement for anyone who knows how markets operate. It drives me nuts to listen to politicians like this who have "painless" fixes for ignorant masses.

Also, let's not forget that Al Gore -- the main marketer of global warming swindle -- is not partner with a VC firm in CA that plans to invest in alternative energy sources. Gore's job is, we all can guess, to call upon his contacts in the government to subsidize these private for-profit efforts at taxpayer's expense.

It looks like global warming is yet another "money making swindle" around which the people will be enslaved with increased taxes, increased prices, less jobs, less freedoms, less choices, more oppression.

Can you list other "money-making swindles" by the elites/government? Let's see: 1) war on terrorism, 2) war on drugs, 3) social security, Medicare, 4) no child left behind, 5) wars in general, 6) countless other unnecessary programs that are "helping" us and "saving humanity". STOP THE INSANITY!!!
