The Obama’s are reportedly purchasing 29 beachfront acres, 7 bedrooms, just shy of 6,900 square feet, $14.85 million mansion in Martha’s Vineyard.
The home is currently owned by Boston Celtics co-owner Wyc Grousbeck. The Martha’s Vineyard estate was previously listed for $22 million, but the Obamas are paying less than the current listing price according to “multiple island sources.”

The Obama’s were flat broke before he ran for president and even having his credit card even declined. They are such hypocrites. They whine about being oppressed while owning an $8 million mansion in Washington, D.C. and now purchasing a $15 Million home in Martha’s Vineyard, all the while being surrounded by heavily-armed bodyguards 24/7 while whining about guns.

The purchase has not yet been finalized, but barring any unforeseen setbacks, the Obamas will soon become the proud owners of their third mansion, in addition to properties in Chicago and Washington, D.C. "There's only so big a house you can have," Barack Obama said in 2018.

Obama once claimed his election marked "the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow." The decision to buy a property so close to the water is perhaps a subtle vote of confidence in President Donald Trump's efforts to combat climate change.
