Donald Trump has threatened to ‘end’ Iran in ominous tweet
The nation warned the US President to “try respect” after he delivered an ominous warning that he would “end” the country if it threatens the United States.

Mr Trump’s tweet has drawn criticism, with many social media users pointing out a series of seemingly hypocritical tweets the president used to write about Mr Obama’s handling of Iran.
“Remember that I predicted a long time ago that President Obama will attack Iran because of his inability to negotiate properly — not skilled,” Mr Trump tweeted in November 2013.
“Don’t let Obama play the Iran card in order to start a war in order to get elected,” another tweet in 2012 read.

Earlier this month, the US Government sent an aircraft carrier and B-52 bombers to the Persian Gulf after claiming there were signs Iran could be planning an attack against US forces.
The Trump administration has ordered non-essential diplomatic staff out of Iraq, citing threats from Iranian-backed Iraqi armed groups.
