That’s not what he said. In context, he said that people who do violence, aka the shooter, will be hunted down.

Original title sort of tried to box in his full comment about white supremacists and white supremacist evil doers in one sentnece with ";" in title space but meaning of full sentence was not accurate as you pointed out.
