12/14/07: I Feel Sorry For Gamblers Who Vote Against Us

Think about the people who have gambled against us. The November 5th bet and the December 16th bet.

I mean for every person who bets that we will raise at least 6 million, there has to be a lot of people who are betting against us.

I think that all the people who vote against us, when they lose on Sunday, will become Ron Paul supporters.

Any thoughts on this?

I am 150% sure we will raise over 6 million.

My idea for the past 2 weeks has been that all the Ron Paul supporters who are smart should do this.

Bet that we will raise over 6 million. Whether it is 100 bucks, 1000 bucks, 10,000 bucks or 100,000 bucks... You are going to make a lot of money...

If you do this, then as soon as we hit 6 million on Sunday, you can donate half or all the money that you make on the bet. So if you were going to make a 500 dollar profit, as soon as we hit 6 million, donate that money to the campaign. It is practically free donations for Ron Paul and will only drive the mark even higher.

I really think that after we hit 6 million on Sunday, the donations will skyrocket because this will happen. Even if gamblers only donate half their winnings, it will make a huge difference.

Any thoughts on this?

I considered betting a lot of money on him not getting 6 million, and then if he doesn't I would donate the proceeds to Ron Paul...though the money gained isn't all that much.

Actually, I'm thinking the intrade site itself probably isn't all that great for betting at all...isn't it like $1 per $10 bet or something like that? A 10% loss off the bat...

I bet 5,000 bucks that we will raise over 6 million... I will donate everything I win (up to 2300) to the campaign as soon as it hits 6 million...

It is such a good idea... I mean it is basically free money donations to the campaign...

I too believe it will be between 10-15 million

I don't know if we will hit 100,000 total donors, but if we do it will be over 15 million...

I have predicted for the past two weeks that this will happen:

We will raise our goal of 12 million tomorrow by midnight, breaking our quarter goal. AND then we will double it to a total of 24 million +.... that has been my prediction for a while...

I seriously think that once we hit 6 million it will begin to rise crazily because of all the online gamblers who are "thanking" Dr. Paul for winning them money, by donating to the campaign... watch for an exponential increase...

It is a "sure" thing... like the only "sure" bet I have seen in a long time... online gamblers would be crazy to not jump on this

I am a financial guy too and I know it will be huge... bet on it and donate your winnings to the campaign the day you win... that is a winning strategy...
