...affecting not only private property and rightful home owners, but businesses which employ people as well.

Wasn’t private property once the Bedrock of the Republican Platform... and the very Foundation of Liberty?

What gives???

Is this possibly part of SusDev, a goal of the UN, which nobody want to talk about anymore? Or perhaps as long it is our government doing it there is nothing to worry about?

Eminent Domain has been around for a long time and is implicity recognized in the 5th Amendment ("nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."). Of course, that doesn't mean it's a good idea.

As far as the Republican Platform is concerned, the fact is that the GOP abandoned its bedrock principles a long time ago. Today's party officials prefer to be enablers to an incompetent narcissist in the White House who trusts Vladimir Putin over his own intelligence officials.

We did a records search and found that Mr Mortimer Snypleworth had secured title to 90% of the State of Colorado
and all of the water rights, all of which now legally belong to his great , great, great grandchildren.
The legal owners now have plans to turn Colorado into a water park for their own amusement
and utilize it to accommodate religious beliefs, they are planning to legally evict all residents, whom don't really own anything and
plan to make use of all the water.
California, Nevada, Arizona as well as Colorado residents want to take those rights away and send
the children out on a rail.
NAP; lets apply NAP , lets see how this really works.......
