Give it time. They want to get some footage of it flying, I'm sure. I do wonder why they don't have the live feed stuff straightened out, though. They had plenty of time to get that operational, even if just with an EVDO connection to a router.

We'll probably get some good footage from the launch eventually. But you're right, the actual kickoff was pretty lackluster.

Maybe if they didn't keep postponing the blimp's launch, had both banners on, and organized the launch-event better, the media would have actually wanted to report on it.

Media does not make or find its own stories. It is allows itself to be told by others what stories there are. If you want something covering in the old media you have to know how to properly execute and stimulate media relations.
