For it to be "work", I think it needs to be either less than $16/hour pay or require more than 30 hours/week to make rent/bills.

I don't think there are any hard/fast rules, but for example, if you're making $100/hr, then it's definitely "work" if you are working like 50 hours/week, but not if you're working like 15 hours per week.

Also if you are doing something that most people would like to do in their spare time, that is also a huge indicator of whether you are working or not.

This was a fairly straightforward issue for me and what seemed like many libertarians for decades. Just like drugs, people should be able to do what they want to their own bodies as long as they do not hurt anyone or someone else's property, even if it is damaging to themselves. There should not be legal constraints in any form on these matters, regardless of where you come down on these issues morally.

With that said, there has been an increasingly intense push for lgbtq++++ which has paved the way to the legitimization of exposing children to sex (ie: Desmond) and of course pedophilia. Making harsher legal laws is not the answer. Applying harsher moral and social condemnation outside of the legal framework seems to be where things are headed as the stories of human and child trafficking for forced prostitution/enslavement continue to increase.

I'm hopeful we can handle this without needing any more laws or any at all, but there will be large lobbying forces of those that demand we increase government, if only temporarily, to tackle the problem. Historically these increases have not been temporary unfortunately. Either way, a fresh take on what has happened to our culture and our views on these issues is desperately needed and it will come.

The girls down there, multi-generational Americans, sleep around with anybody who will give them yet another kid to up the monthly Welfare check.

I would sooner see sex workers providing a service, perhaps to a man who is so busy working that he has no time or business raising a family, a wounded veteran who is not able to marry, a shy guy who has no interaction skills, etc.

The "sex worker" provides a service. Section 8 does not provide a service but rather takes from and abuses the tax payers and system as a whole. It is the oldest profession in the world and it will never stop. So, either earn money, or do not eat - do not come to me for free handouts.
