Since it is a luxury item that no person has to buy it is ridiculous to think that it needs govt approval . People can decide if they want it or not .

Despite all of the fear mongering about young kids getting hooked on e-cigs, nicotine usage among teens is still dropping.

So not only are fewer teens using nicotine, but most are using a form of it that is 95-99%+ safer than cigarettes.
You would think this would be celebrated.. but no.. we need a bunch of new Hitlers running around telling people what to do.

It’s hard to imagine that a government worker would want to grant his employer more power.
Checks and balances are an illusion.

Freedom isn't popular.
I was on a conference call with some coworkers just a few days ago, and as we were waiting for everyone else to join, the proposed ecig law of 21+ came up.
Every single one of them said, "Good."
Of course, being unable to hold my tongue, I had to say something, and went with my best drill sergeant voice, "Marine, what are you doing with that flavored vapor, at a mere 20 years old? You're only old enough to travel the globe- killing people and getting your arms blown off- not vape!"
It was crickets after that.

The real problem is that the narrative of why is not genuine. While claiming it is for health reasons it is actually because they just don't want to smell it in public just like real cigarettes. The reason is not really the reason. It's sneaky and deceptive.

Ban skunks.
Thing is... They would probably have no legal leg to stand on to get it passed if the reason were just because of the smell in public. They had to make it a health issue to even have a chance.
As for Skunks... I think there are already laws in place in most municipalities that require skunks to be deskunked in order to keep them as pets. lol

Unless you are producing big clouds with a mod and using something like cotton candy flavor, no one can smell it. Mint flavor from a juul doesn't even smell half as strong as someone who just brushed their teeth at the same distance.

I agree, but there are some ignorant folks out there who make a mountain out of a molehill when it comes to these smells. It becomes anal even if they can't smell it once they get the prejudice in their minds, all they have to do is see it. Several times I have had folks yell at me from across the street to put out stinky cigarettes. I know they could not even smell it, no way. They just see it and their mind tells them this shit. It can become an obsessive anal mental illness.
