From the http://ronpaul.meetup.com national message board

Here are the Republican's warchest:(Ron's 6th and needs to be in the top3)

Candidate -----------|-----Raised--------|-----Spe nt---------|----Cash on Hand----|----Debts

Romney, Mitt -----------|---$23,434,634---|--$11,570, 981---|---$11,863,652-------|--$2,350,00 0
Giuliani, Rudy-----------|---$16,623,410---|--$5,6 88,207-----|---$11,949,734-------|--$88, 862
McCain, John -----------|---$13,087,559---|--$8,379,2 14-----|---$5,180,799--------|--$1,812,6 36
Brownback, Sam -------|--$1,871,057-----|--$1,064,431-- ---|---$806,626-----------|--$0
Tancredo, Tom----------|--$1,256,090-----|--$711,0 12--------|---$575,078-----------|--$15, 000
Paul, Ron-----------------|--$639,989-------|- -$115,070--------|---$524,919----------- |--$0

Different scenarios on how we can build Ron Paul's warchest:

This is very simple math, if we have 16,559 members and each members donates $50 in the next 24 hours then

16,559 X $50 = $827,950 dollars

If each member in the next 24 hours donates $50 and gets a Ron Paul supporter to match $50 dollars then

16,559 members + 16,559 supporters X $50 = $1,655,900

This is the algebraic formula for Ron Paul's Success:

All 16,559 meetup donate $50 dollars and then get 5 Ron Paul supporters to match them

a = warchest
b = Ron Paul
c = votes
d = The Presidency of The United States of America

16,559(5) X $50 =a

a + b = c

b + c = d

I think this simple mathematical equation shows us how to get Ron Paul elected as President of the United States of America.

I think the bit is intriguing. Can we please couple this with the Students for Ron Paul donation counter?

The meetup organizers have their own lists. Send a suggestion to the campaign, to have them send out a request like this for one day. I suggest toning it back to $25. More likely to get higher participation. $25 For Freedom Day. Something like that.

Good way to kickstart 2Q... but I'd prefer if it waited another week. Depends on their needs down there.
