I support no smoking age because I do not support some young person with a pack of cigarettes becoming part of the american criminal industry . I also support 17 and 18 yr old soldiers being able to smoke if they so choose , I did . Mitch does remember he runs in a tobacco state with a low state tobacco tax ?

I also support zero cigarette taxes . Since smoking is bad how is it moral for the state and Federal govt to profit from it at a combined rate of over 100 percent ? When I quit smoking a pack of marlboro red 72's was about 5.00 , nearly 3.00 of it three different taxes .

Better off to lower it to 21 if you really want to save lives, risk for illness is greater
