While critics who call MAGA a plant of anti-Iran/Pro-Israel lobbies and his anti-Iran drive a feature instead of a bug have been too simplistic, they may not always appreciate the kind of carrot/stick pressures sometimes a POTUS can be exposed to be various Foreign-Firster lobbies, nefarious actors etc. MAGA seems too bold to be influenced by such pressures but pressures have existed in US politics.
