Now that you have refreshed my memory, I remember a Discovery show talking about such a highway being planned. It originally aired quite some time ago, if we are talking about the same thing.

This is the double think in action. First it didn't exist then, they tell you it exist, and that makes it ok that it exist.

It's just like 911 being an inside job. Yet half the people on here won't think it's true until their idiot box tells them that it is!
