A sword-carrying man wearing a “Make America Great Again (https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/tagged/make-america-great-again/)” hat allegedly slashed the hand of a pedestrian on a busy San Fransisco street.

David Miles, who runs The Church of 8 Wheels (http://www.churchof8wheels.com/), an alcohol-free, family-friendly roller skating rink on Fillmore Street, took a picture of the blood-streaked aftermath and posted it on Facebook. He was inside the venue at the time, but when he heard a man on the street was injured, he ran outside.
“I assumed someone had taken their skates outside and fell, but I saw a man kneeling over — there was a river of blood. I said, ‘Stop the blood, ask questions later,'” Miles told Yahoo Lifestyle. He pressed paper towels on the man’s wounds until the police and the paramedics took over.
Miles told Yahoo Lifestyle that other customers reported a man outside using homophobic slurs.


A representative of the San Fransisco Police Department (http://sanfranciscopolice.org/) told Yahoo Lifestyle the victim walked by the suspect and the man’s hat came off his head. The suspect took out his sword, cut the other man’s hand and ran away. The victim was treated in the hospital for non-life threatening injuries, and the suspect and his weapon are outstanding.

The sand makes sense. When you are melting gold in a crucible you put some borax as a flux slag that captures and removes all the remaining impurities, Borax is also used when forge welding.

Leor Bergland, 30, of San Francisco was arrested in a restaurant Wednesday night by officers staking out his neighborhood since the March 29 incident, police said.

A 27-year-old Berkeley, California, resident and Bergland encountered each other outside of the popular Church of 8 Wheels, a roller-skating rink inside an old church in San Francisco's Fillmore district, police said.

Berland was charged with suspicion of attempted murder, mayhem, and weapons and assault with bail set at $1 million.

Bergland allegedly drew a sword and slashed the victim's hand after the victim knocked Bergland's hat bearing President Trump's MAGA campaign slogan to the ground.

The victim and another man briefly pursued Bergland but stopped after Bergland turned on them and brandished the sword, according to authorities.
