View Full Version : Father of Sandy Hook victim found dead in apparent suicide, Newtown police say

The father of one of the children killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings was found dead Monday of an apparent suicide in Newtown, Conn., police there said.

The body of 49-year-old Jeremy Richman, the father of Avielle Richman, was found inside Edmond Town Hall early Monday. Police responded to a report of a suicide around 7 a.m. ET. According to the Newtown Bee (https://www.newtownbee.com/police-probe-untimely-death-edmond-town-hall/03252019), he was reportedly found in the stage area of the building, which was undergoing renovations.

Newtown Police said Richman’s body was transported to the Connecticut medical examiner’s office for an autopsy. While the cause of death remains under investigation, it appears to be a suicide, police said.

Yea that was very odd but he IS a medical examiner, people that work in isolation like that tend to be very weird/awkward/anti-social. The guy willingly works with dead bodies. I don't think this is a sign of conspiracy, is what I'm saying.

I don't know if it's about the "works in isolation" but probably the line of work that he does is only for people of a certain personality type. This guy seems weird to me so I agree with you that it doesn't seem that shocking to me that he would laugh.
