Legislators now think they know better than the "Texas Food Establishment?"

Wonder what TheTexan thinks about this.

I think this is age discrimination. Can seniors run lemonade stands?

When I was a kid I would have used my new special priv as cover to sell other things .I would be raking it in while avoiding shit like texas inventory tax , property tax etc .

Kids in DC are still at risk from Mitch & Nancy's Capitol Hill Police state goons. :flashinglight:

Legislators are uniquely qualified to determine matters of health and safety. They are the ultimate authority. So if they say its safe, then its safe.

This is the same way I know for a fact that marijuana has no accepted medical use. Because it's still Schedule I. No doctor or medical expert can change that, no matter what their "opinion" is on the matter.

Assuming the UCLA is providing oversight on affirmative action and the proper permits, fees, and quality assurance documentation is all in good order, I see no problem with......

Um... Wait... is this lemonade grass fed and cage-free?

Congrats to Texas on achieveing impressive lemonade stand liberties.

Don't mess with Texas and don't mess with free enterprise... just don't try to boycott an ethno-racio foreign state fleecing billions from US taxpayers every year by bribing US politicians.
