In the recent thread about Twitter's bias in enforcing its policies we had a short discussion about Mastodon . Mastodon is an open source de-centralized social media network. Anyone can create a Mastodon server. And you can communicate with users on that server or on other Mastodon servers just like you can email anyone on any email server.

There is already a libertarian Mastodon server. https://liberdon.com I have already created an account. It's @neitherplantation. The reason for the name? While I long ago did the #walkaway from the democratic plantation, I don't find the republican plantation acceptable either.

Why do you think it's a "nanny state" platform? You certainly have the tools to ban users on your server if you like (and that regularly happens on RonPaulForums.com), but you can also have a "nobody gets banned ever" policy if you like. And unlike RPF, you can communicate with users on a different server. Eduardo would still have a home somewhere on a Mastodon server.

You can make your own server and allow or disallow whatever content you want. You can communicate with other instances, or not. They can choose to communicate with you, or not. The possibilities are endless.

I didn't create it. I joined a libertarian themed Mastodon server that has already been created. I just signed up today. There are all sorts of servers that have been set up.

My problem is that tos are never objectively applied, NEVER, when we have Nanny State censorship.
