Signs of trouble ahead for GOP-Adelson wing, Hannity seems to have joined Coulter now in attacking latest bipartisan deal on "55 mile" long wall
But she seems to be crossing the line by hinting charges of corruption against MAGA's family members:

Coulter calls border agreement Trump's 'Yellow New Deal'

By Joe Concha - 02/12/19

Conservative commentator Ann Coulter ripped President Trump on Tuesday, saying he is "afraid" to fight for a border wall and calling a bipartisan compromise to avert a government shutdown his "Yellow New Deal."

"Trump talks a good game on the border wall but it's increasingly clear he's afraid to fight for it," Coulter tweeted to her 2.13 million followers. "Call this his 'Yellow New Deal.'"

Au contraire, @realDonaldTrump (https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)! America will be a socialist country within 5 years, if you don't build the wall.
— Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) February 12, 2019 (https://twitter.com/AnnCoulter/status/1095163663642578944?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)

“Why would you [vote for him again]?” the provocative author and columnist asked during a Daily Caller interview on Dec. 20. “To make sure, I don’t know, Ivanka [Trump] and Jared [Kushner] can make money? That seems to be the main point of the presidency at this point.”

“They’re about to have a country where no Republican will ever be elected president again,” she added. “Trump will just have been a joke presidency who scammed the American people, amused the populists for a while, but he’ll have no legacy whatsoever."

There is is no strong challenge on the horizon but it could happen , especially if alienation of base groups continued and MAGA/GOP-Adelson continued to tilt towards bipartisan agenda of compromise with Dems.
Current GOP-regime is sort of a personality-driven aberration and it likely faces complete wipe out by 2024 if it survived 2020. MAGA has been training Jared Kushner and Ivanka but unlikely thet they will be able to carry his style of politics forward.
MAGA's credibility could also become a bigger issue, 'loud mouth' trait may have lost all appeal by election time and quite possible that a credible person of few words wins debate. But too early to know how this will play out. MAGA with backing of Israeli/Saudi lobbies money and Wall Street support would be a tough opponent even if he continued foreign wars and worked on democratic dometsic agenda rest of his term.

Clueless..

Trump Indicates End of ‘Hire American’ Policy, May Invite More Foreign Workers (https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2019/02/07/trump-may-drop-hire-american-policy-to-welcome-more-migrants/)

President Donald Trump suggested that he is ready to ditch his Inauguration Day promise of a “Hire American” economic policy — even though thousands of auto workers are being laid off, millions of Americans do not have jobs, and many millions of Americans cannot get better-paying jobs.

The huge policy shift in favor of employers and investors is emerging after Congress blocked his border wall and his border security reforms, and after the GOP-led Congress passed Trump’s tax cut.

“It is fair to say that the President is abandoning his Hire American policy,” said Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.

Trump’s statement also gives a green light to the panel of GOP and Democratic appropriators in Congress who are trying to overcome the partisan gridlock over the border wall and border security, Krikorian added. The legislators are expected to draft a compromise by February 15 that can expand (https://twitter.com/NeilMunroDC/status/1091380771355615234) several migration-related programs which allow employers to import cheap, temporary “visa workers” instead of hiring Americans at market rates, he said.

Trump “is not only making it easier for appropriators to approve this guest-worker increase, it seems to be that he’s telegraphing to them that’s what they should do,” Krikorian said.

One of the draft visa-worker expansions is dubbed “country caps.” It would remove diversity provisions in immigration law to allow employers to offer citizenship to roughly 100,000 Indian outsourcing workers each year if they agree to cheaply replace the American graduates who are now working in well-paid software, accounting, design, engineering, medicine, and education careers. The panel is expected to draft their plan by February 15.

The “country caps” bill may be approved this month without any hearings to gauge the impact on the American middle-class.

On Tuesday, Trump declared during his State of the Union speech that “I want people to come into our country, in the largest numbers ever, but they have to come in legally.”

On Wednesday, Trump reaffirmed the pro-migration statement when he was asked by a reporter “So, you’re changing your policy officially, then? You want more legal immigration?”

Trump answered “I need people coming in because we need people to run the factories and plants and companies that are moving back in. We need people.”

You keep posting that but it is irrelevant since no one is claiming he was going to stop all immigration. That is not the issue.

He proposed limits and regulations to protect American workers, including American tech workers. He followed through on that legislation and that was a good thing.

If you however listened to him since the end of December and read the articles covering it, including the one above, you would understand that he is now walking that back. That is the betrayal, if he follows through.

Once I see that trophy, I will agree you are right, because without a trophy, all you are is some dude on the internet claiming he was right about something that is hypothetically going to happen in the future.

See "was" is past-tense. However... ..amnesty is still in the hypothetical future. As a matter of fact, so are H1-b visa increases. I know what Trump has said about immigration, and when it comes to legal immigration, he is not anti-immigrant, at all. And he never really has been. I've heard plenty from him. So I don't feel betrayed, at all.

So don't tell me what I would "understand", since you have no idea how many rallies and speeches, and interviews of his I have watched, nor do you have any idea how I have interpreted his answers to questions on immigration.

You don't know a god damned thing about what I know, or how I interpret Trump, and what he does, so you have no idea what I would "understand".

But luckily for you, I can't think for myself, so I just agree with all your pearls of wisdom. Tell me more, great sage.
