Hawaii wants to BAN ALL SEMI-AUTOMATIC FIREARMS
This includes Rifles, Shotguns and Pistols
Hawaii also wants to BAN ALL ammo magazines that hold more then 10 rounds.
Possession of any of these items will make you a FELON.
State legislators have proposed 3 bills in Hawaii is reclassifying nearly all firearms to be defined as “Assault Weapons” and make possession a felony. The definitions below rely on 1 Characteristic to be classified as an assault weapon and in such bans nearly all semiautomatic rifles. They also move to ban PARTS that could be used in assembling assault rifles, This means that even if there was a work around such as a bullet button or other device, these firearms would still be illegal because they would use PARTS that could be used in assault rifles.
This law would shut down EVERY gun store in the state.
