Article on Paul & Blowback on TCS Daily

[Ridiculous]

It isn't necessarily an out right hit piece per say. But it is very critical of Paul and his concept of blowback.

Its pretty long and thought out. The writer definitly spent some time on it.

TCS tends to be libertarian leaning but they are neoconish a bit as well.

"Osama bin Laden claimed that 9/11 was revenge for our decision to station American troops in Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War. But American troops were in Saudi Arabia not to steal their oil, but to keep Saddam Hussein from getting it. Bin Laden didn't say anything about our troops being in Saudi for oil...the writer of the article then goes off on his opinions from this point...the author can be considered either still misinformed or just stupid. My guess would be that he hasn't read Ron Paul's reading assignment.
