According to Patreon, creators like Laura Loomer, Sargon of Akkad, Milo Yiannopoulos, and the Proud Boys violate their terms of service.
But on the other side of the coin, Antifa creators that plot violent insurrection against the United States are A-Ok.
Research from watchdog group (https://farleftwatch.com/far-left-extremists-are-raising-money-on-patreon-to-inspire-insurrection/)Far Left Watch (https://farleftwatch.com/far-left-extremists-are-raising-money-on-patreon-to-inspire-insurrection/) shows that groups who openly call for violence, in violation of the site’s Community Guidelines, are not being removed if they are on the left-wing of the political spectrum.
The two most glaring cases come from two far-left podcasts, titled “Revolutionary Left Radio” and “The Guillotine Podcast.” Both podcasts support political violence in pursuit of a communist revolution.

Revolutionary Left Radio has over 700 monthly donors giving between $1 and $100 each.

The shows host, Brett Anderson, who goes by the moniker “Breht Oshea” has a criminal record (https://www.3newsnow.com/news/local-news/nine-arrested-during-weekend-rally-downtown) stemming from a clash with police during a pro-Trump rally in 2017. He is also an advocate of armed confrontation against those who he has ideological disagreements with.

I like my working class like I like my antifascism: armed and militant.

In his Tweet, he expresses his desire to kill anyone he considers a fascist, which President Trump is considered as by those in Antifa.

Fuck it. I just identify as a militant revolutionary communist who wants to put every fascist in the world against the wall and violently expropriate the wealth and property of the owning class.
I’m hoping that catches on! Haha

Notice how the main gripe is over “wealth and property,” and the “owning class?” The author of this Tweet is clearly conflating capitalism with fascism, which is common with those on the radical left.
Revolutionary Left Radio also greatly admires the murderous dictator Mao Zedong for his violent agenda.

“A revolution is not a dinner party, or writing an essay, or painting a picture; it cannot be so refined, so leisurely and gentle, so temperate, kind, restrained and magnanimous.
A revolution is an insurrection, an act of violence by which one class overthrows another.”

The podcast host, which Patreon still allows to use their fundraising platform, also appears to praise the New People’s Army, a foreign terrorism organization (https://www.state.gov/j/ct/rls/other/des/123085.htm) responsible for the deaths of hundreds of innocent civilians.

”According to subsequent surveys carried out by U.S. oil engineers, the natural gas reserves of Liguasan alone amount to $580 billion.
At the same time the island is also home to robust people’s movements and has a strong presence of armed groups including the New Peoples Army.” pic.twitter.com/09VCXlGFvU (https://t.co/09VCXlGFvU)

He also is an advocate for using “guerrilla tactics” and “sabotage” to support their revolution.

In the meantime, yes, underground activity, asymmetrical warfare, guerrilla tactics, sabotage, etc. are all tools in the tool box. We should use them.

These Tweets are shocking, and show just how radical the far-left is becoming. And, unlike other violently radical groups, how accepted they are on major platforms like Patreon and Twitter.
And they aren’t the only groups still allowed on both platforms while promoting violence.
The Guillotine Podcast, which is likely based on a left-wing meme which states “Make the guillotine great again,” with President Trump’s head being displayed below the blade, is another dangerous left-wing podcast.
With over 350 monthly donors, the pro-communism podcast is hosted by a man going by the moniker “Dr. Bones.”
Dr. Bones describes himself as an “egoist-communist, insurrectionist, and illegalist.”
He has his own Patreon page, and until being exposed by Far Left Watch, his stated goal for the money was to “inspire insurrection.”

The violent communist who is raising over $1K/month on @Patreon (https://twitter.com/Patreon?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) updated his account and removed "inspire insurrection" from his goals
He also removed the language about firing "massive .44 rounds at the heads of politicians and capitalists".

On his now-private Twitter account, Dr. Bones promotes political violence against those on the right, as well as liberals, who many on the far-left despise for not going far enough.
One Tweet reads:

“This is why liberals get the wall too.
Capitalists are not your comrades”
In other Tweets he talks about the need to “outshoot” your political opponents.

“Seen some Anarchists getting troubled by Tankies again.
Reminder: in the event of an actual insurrection, riot, or revolt, you do not have to out-debate your political opponents.
You have to outshoot them.
Internet is for propaganda only.
The street decides everything else.”
Dr. Bones also encourages his followers to threaten rich people with violence, Tweeting:

“LISTEN TO. ME THREATEN RICH PEOPLE WITH VIOLENCE”
In a Tweet in November of 2017, he quotes an essay showing his support for the use of pipe bombs against his political opponents.

” Through violent insurrection, the common person finds power within themself…The liberation of all cannot be won through the ballot box, but it most definitely can be won through the pipe bomb and shotgun.”
Like Revolutionary Left Radio, the Guillotine Podcast has shown support for designated foreign terrorist organizations. In this case, they show support (https://theguillotinepodcast.libsyn.com/episode-2-gop-tax-bill-net-neutrality-police-brutality-and-the-informal-anarchist-federation) for the Informal Anarchist Federation, who are responsible for numerous bombings across Italy (https://ctc.usma.edu/a-profile-of-the-informal-anarchist-federation-in-italy/).
And while seeming to encourage violence, Dr. Bones is able to have a donor tier on his Patreon account to “Buy me some ammo!”

Two prominent members of the so-called Intellectual Dark Web are considering drastic action after popular crowdfunding platform Patreon removed a slew of conservative accounts over speech issues.
Free speech advocate Jordan Peterson and podcaster Sam Harris are striking back (https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/dec/17/jordan-b-petersons-free-speech-fight-author-plans-/) after Patreon removed popular YouTuber Carl Benjamin, aka Sargon of Akkad. Peterson, a clinical psychologist by trade, is brainstorming alternatives to the site while Harris deleted his account entirely.
“We’ve been engaged in lengthy series of email exchanges with all of the people in our network, and no one is happy at all with what’s been happening,” Peterson said in a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvGs5bGwWiM&feature=youtu.be)released Sunday. “We’ve been determining what our options are. We looked at Subscribe Star, but it looks like PayPal decided to cut funding out from them.”

Peterson and fellow YouTuber, David Rubin, discussed the kerfuffle at length. Patreon decided to delete Benjamin’s account in early December after the company’s staff discovered a guest appearance he made on a small YouTube channel several months earlier.
Benjamin was removed for his “violation of hate speech in our guidelines,” after using “racial and homophobic slurs to degrade another individual,” a Patreon spokesman told reporters with Vice on Dec. 7. He took a racist epithet some of his racist critics use against him and used it to refer to them.
In a display of unity with Peterson, Harris announced in a tweet Sunday (https://twitter.com/SamHarrisOrg/status/1074504882210562048) night he was ending his affiliation with the platform. Harris, Peterson and Rubin are among a handful of social media commentators who make up what the media have termed the Intellectual Dark Web (http://intellectualdark.website/).
“As many of you know, the crowdfunding site Patreon has banned several prominent content creators from its platform,” said Harris, a liberal neuroscientist who supported former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential run in 2016. He criticized Patreon’s decision to remove Benjamin an a handful of other accounts association with other conservative firebrands.

“While the company insists that each was in violation of its terms of service, these recent expulsions seem more readily explained by political bias,” Harris added. “Although I don’t share the politics of the banned members, I consider it no longer tenable to expose any part of my podcast funding to the whims of Patreon’s ‘Trust and Safety’ committee.”
